ACQUIRED: April 20, 2012 via trade with Montreal Impact in exchange for either the Timbers’ highest second-round 2013 SuperDraft pick or a 2013 international roster slot (through Dec. 31, 2013).

Fucito played his first three MLS seasons with Seattle Sounders FC after being selected by Seattle in the fourth round (46th overall) in the 2009 MLS SuperDraft. He was acquired by the Montreal Impact as part of a trade for U.S. international Eddie Johnson on Feb. 17, 2012, and made an appearance for the expansion Impact in their MLS debut March 10, 2012. In total, he's registered three goals and two assists in 24 MLS matches. Fucito finished his collegiate career at Harvard University among the school's all-time leading goal scorers and was named an All-American his senior season.

2012: Acquired by the Timbers on April 20 via trade with the Montreal Impact in exchange for an international slot in 2013 ... Played in 12 games for the Timbers, making three starts and logging 398 minutes during the regular season ... Made first start for Portland on June 24 against his former club Seattle Sounders FC, playing 66 minutes ... Came on as a second-half sub in his club debut May 5 vs. Columbus ... Started all seven of his appearances with the Timbers Reserves during the MLS Reserve League ... Tallied the opening goal in a 3-2 win over the Sounders FC Reserves on Sept. 16 and logged an assist as part of a 4-2 win over the Chivas USA Reserves on July 29 ... Was acquired during the preseason by Montreal, along with Lamar Neagle, as part of the trade with Seattle for U.S. international Eddie Johnson on Feb. 17 ... Played in Montreal’s debut MLS match March 10 at Vancouver Whitecaps FC, logging 26 minutes as a sub ... Scored a goal and captained the Impact Reserves to a 1-0 win over the Toronto FC Reserves April 11.

2011: Had a standout season with Seattle Sounders FC, appearing in a career-high 19 matches (13 starts) ... Made his first MLS start May 25 in a 1-0 loss against FC Dallas ... Registered a career-high two goals and two assists in league play during the campaign ... Recorded a three-point performance with a goal and an assist as part of a 6-2 win over the Columbus Crew on Aug. 27 ... Assisted on the game-winning goal by Lamar Neagle in second-half stoppage time in Seattle's 2-1 win over Sporting Kansas City Aug. 6 at LIVESTRONG Sporting Park ... Was a key contributor in Seattle winning a third consecutive Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup, appearing in four games during the tournament ... Named the U.S. Open Cup Player of the Round for the Third Round after scoring both goals in a 2-1 win over the Kitsap Pumas (PDL) ... Appeared in four matches during the 2011-12 CONCACAF Champions League and scored two goals, including the game-winner, in a 4-1 victory over Guatemalan club Comunicaciones in group play Aug. 16.

2010: Made his MLS debut in Seattle's season opener March 25 at Qwest Field, playing 14 minutes as a reserve against the Philadelphia Union ... Notched his first MLS goal, a game-winning strike in second-half stoppage time, in a 1-0 win over the Kansas City Wizards on April 17; he had entered the match as a late sub in the 85th minute ... Became just the sixth player in MLS histroy to have their first MLS goal be a game-winning goal ... Tallied three goals in four appearances for Seattle in the 2010-11 CONCACAF Champions League ... Scored in a 3-2 loss to Mexico's Monterrey, the eventual tournament champion, Sept. 22 ... Registered his first career brace in a 2-0 win over Honduran side Marathón on Sept. 29.

2009: Selected in the fourth round (46th overall) by Seattle Sounders FC in the 2009 MLS SuperDraft ... Did not make a regular-season appearance and was limited by a foot injury ... Made appearances in international friendlies against England's Chelsea and Spanish club Barcelona.

COLLEGE: Completed his four-year collegiate career at Harvard University ranked No. 4 all-time in both career goals (32) and assists (24) ... Started 51 of his 69 games played for the Crimson ... Led Harvard to three consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances from 2006-08, including an Ivy League title his sophomore season in 2006 … Was a two-time NSCAA All-American in 2007 and 2008 as well as an All-Ivy League first-team selection three straight years (2006-08) … Named to the NSCAA All-Northeast Region first team each of his last three years at Harvard (2006-08) … Scored nine goals during his senior campaign in 2008, including four game-winners … Was tied for third-best in conference in points (23), goals and goals per game (0.56) … Ranked second among Ivy League scorers with 29 points and 11 goals as a junior in 2007 … Three of his 11 goals in 2007 were game-winning strikes.

PERSONAL: Majored in psychology at Harvard … An avid golfer and also enjoys snowboarding and crossword puzzles ... During his prep soccer days, captained Brooks School to an undefeated season in 2003 - the first in the league's history ... Also wrestled varsity for three seasons in high school and played junior varsity ice hockey.
