A native of Idaho Falls, Idaho, Josten joined the Timbers this season following his rookie season with Major League Soccer's Columbus Crew in 2008. He paces the team with four assists and ranks among league leaders in that category. He's played in 12 matches this season with Portland, and totaled two goals and four assists in 698 minutes.
