PORTLAND, Ore. – Major League Soccer today announced the recent postponed match between the Portland Timbers and D.C. United has been rescheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 19, at 5 p.m. (PT) at RFK Stadium in Washington, D.C.
The rescheduled match against D.C. United will be televised live on ROOT SPORTS, with live radio broadcasts on 750 AM The Game and in Spanish on La Pantera 940 AM.
Originally scheduled for Aug. 27, the Timbers’ match at D.C. United was postponed due to the expected weather impact of Hurricane Irene along the East Coast.
