PORTLAND, Ore. - The Portland Timbers traveled to Tucson, Ariz. today, where, during a 15-day training camp, they will play their first three preseason matches of 2015. Timbers.com will be on the scene with exclusive videos, articles and social media updates throughout the team's time in Arizona.
After spending five days training in the Rose City, the Timbers will continue to train and play their first games of the preseason in Arizona. Portland will play preseason games against Sporting Kansas City, the Houston Dynamo and San Jose Earthquakes at the Kino Sports Complex. The games against Sporting Kansas City and Houston are part of the 2015 Desert Friendlies hosted by FC Tucson; click here for ticket information for those two games.

Wednesday, Jan. 28 – Travel to Tucson, Ariz.
Saturday, Jan. 31 – Preseason match vs. Sporting Kansas City at Kino Sports Complex; 5 p.m. (Pacific)
Saturday, Feb. 7 – Preseason match vs. Houston Dynamo at Kino Sports Complex in Tucson, Ariz.; 6 p.m. (Pacific)
Tuesday, Feb. 10 – Preseason match vs. San Jose Earthquakes at Kino Sports Complex in Tucson, Ariz.; 9:30 a.m. (Pacific)
Wednesday, Feb. 11 – Return to Portland
Upon the team's return, they will host the Chicago Fire, Vancouver Whitecaps FC and Norway's Stabaek at the the Simple Invitational Feb. 22-28 at Providence Park. Tickets for the tournament are available here.
