PORTLAND, Ore. – T2 will travel to face fellow USL expansion side Tulsa Roughnecks FC on Saturday, May 30, at ONEOK Field in Tulsa, Okla.; kickoff is set for 5:30 p.m. (Pacific). Saturday’s match marks the first meeting between the two clubs and both teams have identical records so far this year.


T2 (3-4-2, 11pts) have scored 10 goals in nine games this season. In their last league match, T2 sustained their first home defeat at Merlo Field, falling 2-0 to Seattle Sounders FC 2 on Friday, May 22. In their last USL road game, T2 battled back from an early deficit and scored a late game-tying goal to earn a point on the road in a 1-1 draw against Real Monarchs SLC in Sandy, Utah, on May 16. T2 forward Kharlton Belmar ranks tied for third overall in the league with five goals scored in nine matches. Belmar has registered a brace in two matches this season, including a 2-0 victory over Arizona United SC on April 25 and in T2’s inaugural home game, a 3-1 win against Real Monarchs on March 29.

Tulsa Roughnecks FC (3-4-2, 11pts) have scored eight goals in nine games this season and enter Saturday’s match following back-to-back USL victories on the road. Roughnecks FC defeated OC Blues FC 1-0 at Titan Stadium in Fullerton on May 16 before beating the Austin Aztex 1-0 at House Park in Austin on May 23. The two consecutive shutouts are Tulsa’s first two in league play. Tulsa ranks sixth overall in shots (117) and first overall in saves (48) through nine games played. Roughnecks FC have amassed four points from all home matches this season (1-2-1).

Following Saturday’s match, T2 continue their three-game road swing, facing OKC Energy FC at Taft Stadium in Oklahoma City, Okla., on Friday, June 5; kickoff is set for 5 p.m. (Pacific)
