It's the time of year for apple cider, spooky ghosts and, of course, pumpkin carving!
To celebrate the Halloween spirit, the Portland Thorns are holding a pumpkin carving contest during the final week of October.
The rules are simple:
- Carve your pumpkin or pumpkins.
- Take a photo of your pumpkin(s).
- Post your photo to Twitter or Instagram using the hashtag #PTFCHalloween OR
- Post your photo in the comment section our Facebook post mentioning this contest.
- Winners will be chosen on Friday, 10/30.
The team will be handing out multiple prizes to fans, so keep on sending us your entries!
We've even provided a template for you to carve your own Thorns-related pumpkin. Check out the Tobin Heath carving template at the bottom of the page and download it by clicking the image or the download link. Then trace it onto your pumpkin and carve out the black portions of the template.
So carve Tobin, make your own designs, and have fun. Can't wait to see what you guys come up with!
