USL MATCH PREVIEW | T2 travel to face Saint Louis FC Saturday

PORTLAND, Ore. – Playing their second game of a two-match road swing, T2 will travel to face Saint Louis FC at World Wide Technology Park in Fenton, Mo., on Saturday, June 25; kickoff is set for 5:30 p.m. (Pacific).

The match on Saturday marks the first-ever meeting between T2 and Saint Louis FC and is the only meeting between the two teams in 2016.

T2 (5-8-2, 17pts) enter Saturday’s match looking to rebound from their 1-0 defeat to Vancouver Whitecaps FC 2 on June 19 at Thunderbird Stadium. So far this season, nine different players have scored for T2, including Victor Arboleda, Nick Besler, Villyan Bijev, Neco Brett, Kharlton Belmar, Dylan Damraoui, Andre Lewis and Ben Polk. Through 15 games played, Brett leads the team in goals (4), while Belmar ranks first in assists (3).

Saint Louis FC (5-5-4, 19pts) venture into Saturday’s match with only one win in their last five matches, securing five points during that stretch. Forward Irvin Herrera leads the team in goals (8) and points (18), while defender James Musa ranks second in points (7) with two goals and three assists.
