Can I gain Reward points by using the printed season tickets?
The 2016 Rose City Rewards program is only available to Portland Timbers Annual Membership Card carrying Annual Members.;
If I do not have the season ticket card but I have the printed tickets, can I switch to have the card in season?
Yes, please contact your Ticket Service Rep to arrange a change in your ticket type.
If I have the card, can I still gain points even if I do not use my season ticket card?
Points are awarded to card carrying Annual Members for attending matches and arriving early. Please see the 2015 Points Menu for alternative ways to earn Rose City Rewards Points.
Can I use the points in the Team Store or at concession stands instead of money?
Reward points do not hold any monetary value and can only be used through the Rose City Rewards program.
What do I do if I lose my season ticket card?
If you lose your season ticket card, please contact your Ticket Services Rep. If you lose the card and you need a ticket urgently, please use your main account manager to reprint a ticket at home for the match for the ticket you have lost, and then contact Ticket Services to arrange a new card.

How do I earn Reward Points?
Annual Members can earn points through a variety of options. Please see the points menu HERE to view where you can earn points and maximize your earned point total.
Where can I submit a Rose City Rewards Promotion Code?
To submit a promotion code, you must access your Rose City Rewards account. You can do this via logging in to your Timbers online account manager. You will see your Rose City Rewards link under “My Account”. When you are on your Rose City Rewards account, you can submit a code under the “Account Summary” page. All promotion codes are active until midnight of the day the code was first shown.
The Timbers online account manager and Rose City Rewards site are mobile accessible.
How can I gain points by watching matches on TV?
During locally broadcasted Timbers away matches and Timbers in 30 programs, a promotional code will be displayed at various times throughout the program. The code is only good for one entry per account, but will be applied to all seats on the account. All promotion codes are active until midnight of the day the code was first shown.
How do I gain points for attending an Away match viewing party?
You can gain points by attending Official Away match viewing parties by attending the listed venue for the designated away match. See HERE for party listings. There will be Timbers staff on site who will display the promotional code at the venue.
How do I earn 50/50 Raffle points?
You can earn 50 points per Timbers match by purchasing a 50/50 raffle ticket. When you purchase a ticket, there will be a promotional code at the bottom of the slip. Please then enter this code on your rewards page to earn the points.
How do I earn merchandise purchase points?
You can earn points per Timbers game day by purchasing any item at the Providence Park Team store, or at the Timbers store in Pioneer Place Mall. When you purchase an item, there will be a promotional code at the bottom of your receipt. Please then enter this code on your rewards page to earn the points.
I have entered to code, but no points are coming up on my account – why?
Points are allocated automatically. If you are not seeing any points added to your account, please attempt the promotional code again. If still unsuccessful, please contact your ticket service rep or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Will my points achieved total continue into the next season?
Your total earned points will reset after each season.
What can I spend my points on?
Points gained accrue so that you can spend them on experiences or memorabilia. These rewards are available either through direct redemption, raffles or auctions.
How can I check my points balance?
Annual Members can access their points through their season tickets online account manager. Please click HERE to login and access your Rose City Rewards profile.
I bid on a raffle, but didn’t hear anything. How do I know if I have won?
Each auction bidder will receive a bid confirmation email, and also an outbid email if you are no longer leading the auction. Winners will be contacted directly by their Ticket Service Rep to confirm their prize and go over further details.
I redeemed an item/experience on the website. How do I collect my reward?
Supporters who redeem items/experiences will be emailed to confirm their redemption. They will also then be contacted by their Ticket Service Rep to confirm and go over further details.
If I have more than 1 seat, do I have to enter the promotional code for each seat?
Promotional codes will apply to each seat on your account. You will only need to enter the code once.
Can I transfer points from one seat to the other?
No. Each seat will have a separate point total.
Can I transfer points from one account to another?
No. Points are nontransferable between accounts.
