Rose City Rewards FAQ



Can I gain Reward points by using the printed season tickets?

The Rose City Rewards program is only available to Portland Timbers season ticket card carrying season ticket holders that use the ticket cards to enter Providence Park.  

If I do not have the season ticket card but I have the printed tickets, can I switch to have the card in season?

Yes, please contact your Ticket Service Rep to arrange a change in your ticket type.

If I have the card, can I still gain points even if I do not use my season ticket card?

No. Only card carrying season ticket holders will be able to qualify for points.

Can I use the points in the Team Store or at concession stands instead of money?

Reward points do not hold any monetary value and can only be used through the Rose City Rewards program.

What do I do if I lose my season ticket card?

If you lose your season ticket card, please contact your Ticket Services Rep, or call the main Ticket Service line on 503-553-5550. If you lose the card and you need a ticket urgently, please use your main account manager to reprint a ticket at home for the match for the ticket you have lost, and then contact Ticket Services to arrange a new card.


How do I earn Reward Points?

Season Ticket Card carrying season ticket holders can earn points through a variety of options. Please see the points menu HERE to view where you can earn points and maximize your earned points total.

What can I get with these points?

Points gained accrue so that you can spend them on experiences or memorabilia. These rewards are available either through direct redemption, raffles or auctions. There is a 2014 season total which will track how many points you have earned over the current season, and also an Available balance which will illustrate how many points you have to spend.

How can I check my points balance?

Season ticket holders who have the ticket card can access their points through their season tickets online account manager. Please click HERE to login and access your Rose City Rewards profile.

I bid on a raffle, but didn’t hear anything. How do I know if I have won?

Each auction bidder will receive a bid confirmation email, and also an outbid email if you are no longer leading the auction. Winners will be contacted directly by their Ticket Service Rep to confirm their prize and go over further details.

I redeemed an item/experience on the website. How do I collect my reward?

Supporters who redeem items/experiences will be emailed to confirm their redemption. They will also then be contacted by their Ticket Service Rep to confirm and go over further details.

How can I gain points by watching matches on TV?

During locally broadcasted Timbers away matches and Timbers in 30 programs, a promotional code will be displayed at various times throughout the program. The code is only good for one entry per account, but will be applied to all seats on the account. You will need to login to your online account manager and enter the promotional code. For all promotion codes, you will have 90 minutes after the broadcast / final whistle to enter the code. Examples below:

Timbers In 30: Broadcasts Fridays, 6:30 p.m. on Fox 12. Enter code before 8:30 p.m.

Away Game Tune In: March 22nd game v Colorado. Kick off at 3:00 p.m. Enter code before 6:15 p.m.

How do I gain points for attending an Away match viewing party?

You can gain points by attending Official Away match viewing parties by attending the listed venue for the designated away match. See HERE for party listings. There will be Timbers staff on site who will display the promotional code at the venue. You will then need to note the code and enter online through your rewards profile page. The window to enter the code for attending the viewing party is the same as watching the match on TV. Example below:

How do I earn 50/50 Raffle points?

You can earn 25 points per Timbers match by purchasing a 50/50 raffle ticket. When you purchase a ticket, there will be a promotional code at the bottom of the slip. Please then enter this code on your rewards page to earn the points. This promotional code is only active for 90 minutes following the end of the match. Example below:

Timbers match kicks off at 7:30 p.m. Code will need to be entered before 10:45 p.m.

I have entered to code, but no points are coming up on my account – why?

Points are allocated automatically. If you are not seeing any points added to your account, please attempt the promotional code again. If still unsuccessful, please contact your ticket service rep or email

If I have more than 1 seat, do I have to enter the promotional code for each seat?

Promotional codes will apply to each seat on your account. You will only need to enter the code once.

Will my points achieved total continue into the next season?

Your total earned points will reset each season. At this time Rose City Rewards is focused on the current season when active. 

Can I transfer points from one seat to the other?

No. Each seat will have a separate point total.

Can I transfer points from one account to another?

No. Points are nontransferable between accounts.
