Entrants will be given the option to receive commercial e-mails from Promotion Entities, however eligibility to participate in the Promotion is not dependent upon Entrant’s consent to receive such e-mails and consenting to do so will not increase your chances of winning.
  1. Selection; Winner Notification.  Sponsor will randomly select one (1) Entrant from all qualified Entries received up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to each of the following eight (8) designated Portland Timbers regular season home games to be a contestant: March 22, 2026; May 23, 2026; July 22, 2026; August 1, 2026; August 19, 2026; September 5, 2026; October 17, 2026; and November 1, 2026.  Entrants drawn to be a potential contestant must be able to attend the respective game for which their Entry was drawn in order to be confirmed as a contestant or the opportunity will be forfeited and another Entrant will be randomly drawn.  Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to change the foregoing game schedule without notice.  Entries not selected in the random drawing for a particular home game will be rolled over to the next random drawing up to the final random drawing of the Promotion.  Odds of being drawn as a potential contestant in the Promotion depends on the number of eligible Entries received by Sponsor for the applicable random drawing.

Each Entrant who is randomly selected to have the opportunity to participate as a contestant will be notified by phone at the number provided on the entry form within seventy-two (72) hours before the start time of the applicable game.  The Entrant must answer the phone call and provide verbal acceptance to Sponsor’s representative to be a potential contestant and be able to attend the applicable game for which their Entry was drawn.  The Entrant must further agree to complete all required information and documents (as set forth in these Official Rules).  Only after completion of all such required information and documents and verification by Sponsor, the contestant will be provided with the Prize and the opportunity to participate in the contest at the applicable game.  If a potential contestant does not answer the phone call from Sponsor’s representative, is unable to provide verbal acceptance, declines to participate as a contestant, does not complete, sign, and return the required documentation, or is otherwise found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, then, in Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, Sponsor may select another Entrant by random drawing.  If a potential contestant who has already received game tickets is disqualified prior to the contest for any reason, then, time permitting, Sponsor reserves the right to randomly select another potential contestant from among the remaining eligible Entries; however, if time does not permit, Sponsor may instead, in its sole discretion, randomly select a replacement contestant from among those persons in attendance at the applicable game, regardless of whether such person submitted an official Entry.

Each potential contestant chosen and confirmed as a contestant must comply with all applicable health and safety requirements in effect on the date of the game, all applicable ticket terms and conditions, and all applicable stadium rules and regulations, and must complete, sign, and return a required Affidavit of Eligibility and Release, and unless prohibited by law, a Release of Publicity, prior to participating in the contest.  Each contestant will also be required to complete, sign, and return the “Contestant Agreement to Participate” provided by Sponsor’s prize indemnifier before participating in the contest.  Failure to complete, sign, and return the Affidavit of Eligibility and Release, Release of Publicity, and Contestant Agreement to Participate, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules may, at the sole discretion of Sponsor, result in disqualification and the forfeiture of such person’s interest in the prize and the opportunity to participate in the contest.  Additionally, Sponsor reserves the right, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to disqualify any contestant who has, or is later discovered to have had, a personal relationship with any contest official responsible for supervising, administering, or verifying the Promotion.

  1. Prizes. Each of the eight (8) confirmed contestants will receive a prize of two (2) tickets to attend the applicable Portland Timbers home game at which their respective contest attempt (described below) will take place.  The exact seat location for such tickets will be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion.  The approximate retail value of the tickets is $[250.00] ($[125.00] per ticket), for a total approximate retail value for all tickets awarded as part of the Promotion of $[2,000].  Exact values may vary based on the then-current market rate for the respective game and final seat location.

During the game for which the contestant has been chosen to participate in the Promotion, contestant will have one (1) attempt to hit the crossbar of the designated soccer net, in compliance with the provisions of these Official Rules to win a new Toyota-branded vehicle with the specific year, make, and model of the vehicle determined by contestant spinning a wheel as described below.  The vehicles on the wheel and their approximate manufacturer’s suggested retail value (“MSRP”) are as follows: 2026 4Runner TRD Off-Road (MSRP: $49,990); 2026 Grand Highlander XLE AWD (MSRP: $46,030); 2026 Land Cruiser 1958 4WD (MSRP: $57,600); and 2026 Tacoma TRD Sport 4WD (double cap, 5ft bed) (MSRP: $43,215).  Exact MSRP of each specific vehicle may vary based on the specific details and amenities included, and in each case will be subject to availability at time of prize award, in Sponsor’s and/or PNTDA’s reasonable discretion.  The depiction of the vehicle in any advertising or promotional materials or physical display may not reflect the actual vehicle delivered to any winner.

To determine which Toyota-branded vehicle the contestant will be attempting the shot for, the contestant will spin the wheel and whichever vehicle space it lands on, that will be the vehicle the contestant will be attempting to win.  Each of the vehicles listed above will be repeated exactly twice on the wheel.  To be considered as an eligible spin of the wheel, the wheel must complete no less than two (2) full revolutions in order for the vehicle space landed on to be considered as the vehicle the contestant will be attempting to win.  Spins completing less than two (2) full revolutions are ineligible and contestant must spin the wheel again prior to attempting the kick.  Once contestant spins the wheel, the wheel must not be touched or interfered with by anyone or anything.  If the wheel is touched or interfered with by contestant during a spin, the contestant will be disqualified.  If the wheel is touched or interfered with by anyone or anything other than contestant during the spin, the contestant must spin the wheel again prior to attempting the kick. The contestant will only have one (1) chance to spin the wheel, except as explicitly set forth herein.

  1. Contest. The contestant shall have one (1) attempt to kick a regulation MLS soccer ball from the top of the penalty arc and have the soccer ball hit the horizontal goal’s crossbar on the fly, prior to coming into contact with any object or person (other than the goal’s crossbar itself).  The crossbar must be eight (8) feet high and extent eight (8) yards wide.  The contestant must attempt to hit the crossbar from behind the demarcation line measured at least twenty-two (22) yards from the goal line.  The ball must be kicked by the contestant’s foot.  The contestant will only have one (1) attempt to hit the crossbar in compliance with all provisions of these Official Rules.  An attempt will be deemed to have occurred when the contestant’s foot or any other body part makes contact with the soccer ball; provided, however, that to win the contest, the contestant must have used their foot to kick the ball.  No part of the contestant’s body or clothing may come in contact with or cross the demarcation line prior to the ball being kicked.  The ball must leave the ground prior to coming into contact with or crossing the demarcation line. In order to be counted as a successful kick, the soccer ball must hit the horizontal goal’s crossbar on the fly, from the point of release from the contestant’s foot, without coming into contact with any object or person (other than the goal’s crossbar itself). No contestant will be permitted any practice, warm-up, or qualifying kicks.

Game, event, and exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor and/or MLS and may be subject to change. Exact seat locations will be determined by Sponsor. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as a prize will govern in the event a game, event or exhibition, as defined by MLS, is not played due to weather, an Act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, work stoppage or any other reason.  Contestants agree to comply with all applicable stadium policies, rules and regulations in connection with the prize.  Sponsor and MLS reserve the right to remove or deny entry to contestant and/or any other member of contestant’s party who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at any game, event or exhibition in Sponsor’s and/or MLS’ sole discretion, in which case such contestant’s right to participate in the contest shall be forfeited.  Releasees will not be responsible for weather, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other event or circumstance that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any MLS game, event or exhibition.  Additionally, Sponsor may, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, delay, cancel, or terminate the contest attempt for any applicable game due to weather, field conditions, stadium conditions, safety concerns, or any other circumstance that Sponsor and/or MLS determines may affect the safety or feasibility of the contest.  Sponsor shall have no obligation to reschedule any contest attempt or to provide an alternative means of participation or prize opportunity.

Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any contestant whose participation could pose a safety risk to themselves and others, including any contestant who appears impaired, intoxicated, or otherwise unfit to safely participate, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

  1. Prize Restrictions: Limit one (1) prize per person. If a prize winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited by such prize winner.  Any Entrant may waive their right to receive a prize.  All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use, including but not limited to lodging accommodations, any transportation costs, meals, food, beverage, gratuities, and other expenses incurred by accepting or using a prize, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.  Releasees (as defined below) do not make, nor in any manner are responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize including but not limited to its quality, fitness for purpose, or condition.  The Releasees shall not be responsible for delays in the availability of any prize. Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions or substitutions except that prizes are subject to availability, and Sponsor and/or PNTDA, as applicable, reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.  Prizes will be deemed void if sold, transferred, auctioned or assigned to any third party.  ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.  EACH WINNER MUST AUTHORIZE THE DEDUCTION OF SUCH TAXES, IF ANY, FROM THE APPLICABLE PRIZE TO THE EXTENT REQUIRED BY LAW.  IN ADDITION, THE WINNER OF A PRIZE VEHICLE SHALL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL TAXES, LICENSES, TITLE AND REGISTRATION FEES OR OTHER COSTS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY TRAVEL OR TRANSPORTATION COSTS, ASSOCIATED WITH TRANSFERRING AND/OR ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE VEHICLE.

Prize winners may be required to complete a W9 Tax Form and may be required to furnish their social security number for the sole purpose of preparation of any tax forms as required by law.  Sponsor is not responsible for any change of mailing address, email address, and/or telephone number of any winner.  Any prize vehicle winner will also be required to complete, sign, and return a Winner’s Affidavit and Release along with a copy of a government issued identification card containing a photo of such winner.  Failure to complete, sign, and return any of the documentation required herein, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules may, at the sole discretion of Sponsor, result in disqualification and the forfeiture of such person’s interest in the prize.

The winner of a prize vehicle shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the prize vehicle after winner has taken possession of the prize vehicle.  A winner must personally retrieve the prize vehicle from the applicable dealership within thirty (30) days of being notified that such prize vehicle is ready for pick-up and must present adequate personal identification, evidence of legally required insurance, and all other necessary documentation or the prize vehicle may be forfeited.  A prize vehicle will be delivered solely with the express written limited warranties set forth in the respective prize vehicle’s applicable owner’s guide, which warranties shall run for the term set forth in said guide.  Sponsor and/or PNTDA reserves the right to modify the prize award procedures at its discretion.

  1. Release; Limitation of Liability.  Entrant, and its designees, assignees and predecessors and successors in interest, by participating in the Promotion, or by acceptance of any prize, acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules and agree to release and hold the Promotion Entities, the Toyota Entities, and the MLS Entities (all of the foregoing collectively, the “Releasees”) harmless from and against any claim or cause of action (and any associated costs, losses, or damages) arising in whole or in part out of participation in the Promotion or the receipt, redemption or use of a prize, including any death, injuries, losses or damages of any kind sustained, directly or indirectly, in connection with the participation in the Promotion or the receipt, use, acceptance, possession or awarding of any prize (or any goods or services purchased using the prize).  By participating in this Promotion, you further agree (i) to be bound by the Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters, (ii) any claim, judgment, or award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees, and (iii) under no circumstances will any Entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and each participant hereby waives, any and all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, and any other damages other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses.
