Quick Strikes | Steve Clark leads MLS in two major categories

In Portland's last midweek match of the regular season, the Timbers host the New England Revolution Wednesday at Providence Park (7:30pm PT, TICKETS, FOX 12 PLUS (KPDX)). Here are five numbers to know for #PORvNE in the latest edition of Quick Strikes.

4 The Timbers have never lost to the Revolution at home compiling a record of 2-0-2 in four matches. Portland has outscored New England by a 6-to-1 margin in those matches.

78.5 Goalkeeper Steve Clark leads MLS in saves percentage (78.5 percent) among goalkeepers with at least 10 saves, having stopped 73 of the 93 shots he's faced. Clark also leads MLS in goals against average.

510 With three games remaining, the Timbers have already set a club record for most shots in a season with 510. The previous record was set in 2014 when Portland attempted 488 shots.

764 Diego Valeri is up to 764 corner kicks taken in his seven seasons with the Timbers. That places the midfielder with the fifth-most corner kicks attempted in MLS history.

9/3 Defender Larrys Mabiala made his return to the field from injury in Portland's 0-0 draw against New England. In Mabiala's last nine starts, the Timbers have conceded just three goals and have compiled a record of 6-1-2.
