ADA SEATING & EXCHANGE POLICY
All wheelchair spaces and companion seating are assigned unless in General Admission seating. Seats may be purchased in advance by phone through New Era at 888.736.6849 or in-person at the Providence Park box office. Guests may pre-arrange special wheelchair needs by calling Providence Park at 503.553.5523 to schedule an escort to/from their seating location. Providence Park meets all ADA requirements. The Providence Park ADA exchange policy facilitates making ADA seats available for ADA qualified patrons who possess a ticket for an inaccessible seat. If a ticket holder requires ADA seating for a home game(s) they should notify their Member Services Rep or the Member Services Department (email@example.com) to arrange for relocation into ADA seating. Please be aware that the relocation of these seats is based solely upon ticket availability, therefore advance notice is beneficial. Game-day ADA ticket exchanges are based on ADA seat availability and cannot be guaranteed. Providence Park can also relocate one companion seat with any ADA ticket relocation request. Providence Park reserves the right to take appropriate action regarding misrepresentation or fraud, which may result in relocation, ejection, or revocation of season ticket accounts.
No discounts on the price of admission will be offered based on the time of your entry to the match. The ticket price is the same whether you enter at the beginning or end of the match.
Providence Park is located in the heart of downtown Portland, just off I-405. The address at Providence Park is 1844 SW Morrison, Portland, OR 97205. For information about upcoming events, directions to the stadium or to contact our administrative office, please call 503.553.5400.
Providence Park wishes that all guests have a great and memorable time during their visit. For those who would like to consume alcoholic beverages, they are available at concession stands throughout Providence Park, as well as portable beverage stands. Oregon state liquor laws prohibit guests from bringing alcoholic beverages into Providence Park. The only alcohol permitted on the premises must be purchased and/or dispensed by authorized servers. Guests who appear to be under the age of 30 will be required to show approved identification. No guest will be served more than two alcoholic beverages at any given time. Alcohol beverage sales on the concourse level will stop at designated times during soccer matches, concerts and other events.
Only certified service dogs or service dogs in training will be allowed into Providence Park. All other animals are prohibited.
Changing stations are located in every restroom at Providence Park. All women’s restrooms are equipped with electrical outlets.
BAGS / BAG SEARCH
Bags larger than 14” x 14” x 6” are not be allowed into Providence Park. All bags are subject to a visual search before entry. Providence Park will not check and hold any oversized bags while supporters attend the match. One bag per person. Hard-sided coolers are not allowed into Providence Park. (see PROHIBITED ITEMS).
BANNERS AND SIGNS
For Timbers, Thorns FC and T2 matches, fans are permitted to bring signs, flags or banners into Providence Park to exhibit their support. All signs, flags or banners must follow these guidelines:
- No profanities may be exhibited on the sign, flag or banner.
- No inappropriate or disrespectful language may be exhibited on the sign, flag or banner.
- The sign, flag or banner may not block the view of other fans during play.
Any signs, flags or banners that do not follow the above guidelines will be confiscated.
BEVERAGES, BOTTLES AND CANS
Sealed or empty water bottles and soft-sided single juice containers for children are permitted into Providence Park. Empty spray bottles are permitted into the park. Outside cans and bottles are not allowed and will not be given back to the guest at the end of the event, so please leave these items at home or in your vehicle.
A limited number of bicycle racks are available at both entrances to Providence Park. Bicycles are not to be locked to stadium fencing or gates. Visit www.trimet.org for information on TriMet bike accessibility.
The Providence Park box office is next to Gate 2 on the KeyBank Plaza at the corner of SW 18th Avenue and SW Morrison.

CAMERA AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT
Cameras and video recorders are allowed at Providence Park during Timbers, Thorns and T2 games. Other events are subject to promoter discretion.
CELLULAR PHONES AND PAGERS
The use of cellular phones and pagers is allowed at Providence Park, provided the usage does not interfere with another guest’s enjoyment of the game.
Children age two and under will be admitted free as long as the child is sitting on an adult's lap to Timbers, Thorns and T2 matches. If a parent requests a physical seat for the child, he/she must pay the appropriate price. This rule varies with some events. Check with box office for other events.

Providence Park management is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests. Our staff will proactively intervene to support a family oriented environment where all guests can enjoy the entertainment experience free from the following behaviors:
- Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures
- Any disruption of the game by a guest’s actions or unauthorized entrance on the playing field or restricted areas
- Inappropriate displays of affection in a public, family setting
- Intoxication or other signs of impairment
- Obscene or indecent clothing
- Guests seated in a location other than their ticketed seat
If someone interferes with your enjoyment of a game, please contact a Guest Services Representative for assistance. Providence Park does allow standing during the run of play in sections where a majority of fans are doing so. This applies to the General Admission areas as well as typically in sections 99, 109-116 and the South Deck during Timbers matches.
Fans found in violation of the Providence Park Code of Conduct face ejection from the event as well as potential bans from future stadium events. Fans may also be asked to partake in a Fan Conduct Class before they are free to return to any Providence Park event.
The Providence Park food service partner, Centerplate, INC, manages several fixed and portable concession stands at the stadium. These stands feature traditional stadium favorites such as hot dogs, peanuts, soda and popcorn. In addition to these items, Centerplate features pizza and a wide variety of specialty foods. Providence Park also features a varied selection of local microbrews, import and domestic beer and other beverages. Non-alcoholic beverages include a variety of soft drinks and other refreshing drinks.
Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express cards are accepted at ticketing, food & retail locations throughout the Park. No checks are accepted.
Providence Park does not have any single game discounts at the box office. Discounted group and season seat rates are available by calling 503.553.5555.

Annual members are encouraged to contact their Service Representative prior to any game to go over options available for tickets that may be going unused. Tickets can be forwarded, resold or donated with assistance from your Service Representative.
Two First Aid stations are located at Providence Park; one is located at section 109/110 and the other near the Providence Sports Care Center near Gate 1. Metro West provides complete First Aid care for guests of Providence Park, with two trained med techs and an ambulance on site for all ticketed and non-ticketed events.

For a list of upcoming promotions, please refer to the promotional schedule on the website. The number of promotional items given is restricted based on the event (e.g., first 2,000 fans or first 2,000 fans 12 years and younger). Please remember that a ticket does not ensure or entitle the holder to a promotional item on that date and that only one item will be given to each eligible fan. Giveaway dates are subject to change without notice. The best way to ensure a giveaway item that you are eligible for is to arrive early.
Guests have several ways to express themselves. A guest may fill out a Comment Card on site or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Guests may also relay their comments to a Providence Park employee.
ICE CHESTS AND COOLERS
Guests are not permitted to bring hard-sided ice chests or coolers into Providence Park. Soft-sided cooler bags to keep unopened bottled water, baby items or other special needs cool during the event are permitted. All prohibited items should be discarded or returned to one’s vehicle.
Weapons of any kind are prohibited inside Providence Park. This includes all knives of any kind and size to include utility tools with pocket knives. Providence Park is unable to provide storage for items listed as prohibited. Please make arrangements to secure any prohibited items before arriving at Providence Park. This policy is also in effect for all events at Providence Park.
Laser pointers are not allowed at Providence Park.
LOST AND FOUND
Lost articles are held for 30 days. Guests may call 503-553-5468 and leave a detailed description of the misplaced item along with a phone number where they can be reached. Email inquiries should be directed to email@example.com.
Parents looking for a lost child should report to the Providence Park Guest Services Center, located on the main concourse near section 104.
Providence Park features 24 Pavilion Suites. The suites provide the ultimate experience for your group outing, featuring wait service, televisions, DVD players, and seating for 22 or 26 people. All Providence Park suites are sold out. To sign up for the waiting list, please contact Amy Ziskin at 503.553.5409.
All five gates at Providence Park are now fitted with security magnometers. Prior to walking through the metal detectors all fans should place cell phones and key rings into the bowls provided or place them into their own bag which will still be subject to search.
Fans are not required to remove:
- Coats and Jackets
Magnometers are safe for all to walk through, including those with implanted medical devices. If a guest chooses not to use the magnetometer, they will be subject to hand-held wand screening or a full-body pat-down prior to admittance into Providence Park. For those fans with metal implants, a supplemental screening may be required for safety reasons. Guests with special medical and dietary needs will be accommodated on a case-by-case basis with respect and minimal inconvenience.
NO SMOKING POLICY
Providence Park is a no smoking facility. This includes tobacco products, marijuana and any illegal substances. There is no smoking inside Providence Park confines during matches and events. E-cigarettes are also not allowed inside Providence Park during events.
OBSTRUCTED VIEW SEATS
Due to the historic construction of Providence Park, seats that are within 3 rows of a major obstruction or have the majority of one of the goals blocked are deemed as Obstructed View seats.
All outside food or drink is not allowed into Providence Park. Special considerations may be made for medical reasons.
Two-hour parking is allowed in the Goose Hollow neighborhood. Parking is not allowed at Fred Meyer, while neighborhoods surrounding Providence Park offer parking by permit only. Fans are encouraged to take TriMet to Providence Park events. Fans that drive to the stadium are encouraged to park in one of the many parking structures in downtown Portland. Please note: Trimet will have a major MAX improvements project from April 30 through May 20, 2017 which will affect the Thorns FC game on Apr. 29, the T2 game on May 10 and the Timbers game on May 14. Click here for more information.
Food, beverages, weapons of any kind even with a concealed weapons permit (exceptions are Law Enforcement Officers from the Tri-County Area of Multnomah, Washington & Clackamas Counties to include State & Federal Officers. All Law Enforcement Officers are required to declare to the gate attendant they are carrying a firearm prior to entry into Providence Park. Proper identification will be required prior to entry with a firearm). This includes all knives of any kind and size to include utility tools with pocket knives. Providence Park is unable to provide storage for items listed as prohibited. Please make arrangements to secure any prohibited items before arriving at Providence Park. This policy is also in effect for all events at Providence Park. Containers such as coolers or thermoses, helium balloons, banners or signs that are not in the spirit of the event or that obstruct the view of others or that are taped or secured to Providence Park property in any way, sticks, bicycles, animals other than service animals, compressed air horns are all prohibited at Providence Park.
For almost all events at Providence Park, including Portland Timbers, Thorns FC and T2 games, reentry is not allowed.
Providence Park is dedicated to sound environmental practices. Our efforts include: 90 recycle bins located throughout the park, leftover concessionaire food donated to local charities, food scraps are composted weekly, cooking oil is recycled, automatic paper towel dispensers have been installed in all restrooms to save paper, foam soap dispensers reduce the amount of soap used, all cleaning products are green certified, automated light fixtures turn on automatically when a person enters the room, compact fluorescent light blubs used whenever possible, housekeeping machinery is green certified, and all office products and cardboard are recycled. Unclaimed Lost and Found articles are donated to charity. In 2009, Providence Park became Recycle at Work Certified—meaning the stadium has improved its recycling practices and reduced the amount of waste it produces by implementing all of the City of Portland’s five recycling steps.

TICKET ABUSE AND REVOCATION
Primary account holders of Timbers and/or Thorns annual memberships and/or T2 season tickets are responsible for the conduct of anyone using their seats. Violation of the code of conduct by annual members or guests using their tickets is subject to discipline at the discretion of the Front Office up to and including revocation of their annual memberships.
TIMBERS ARMY / ROSE CITY RIVETERS
All Timbers Army sections (101-108 & 202-208) are General Admission and are first-come, first-served for Timbers matches. All General Admission sections (101-108 & 202-208) are first-come, first-served for Thorns matches. Fans without TA or GA tickets will not be allowed into these sections. The Timbers Army and Rose City Riveters GA sections are supporters sections, so many areas will be filled with fans standing, chanting and singing. Visiting Team colors are not permitted in the Timbers Army or Rose City Riveters section and visiting supporters may be relocated to another part of the stadium.
Umbrellas may be brought into the park but may not be opened in the seating bowl or on the concourse. This is to ensure that no fan has a blocked view.
With limited parking around Providence Park, the Uber app is a great, reliable option to help you request a ride to and from our matches. One tap and a car comes directly to you, your driver knows where to go, and payment is completely cashless. Available in Portland, Gresham, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tigard, and Vancouver, Uber offers a range of affordable products. Try UberX and XL (for up to six passengers), UberSELECT (high-end vehicles), UberACCESS (special assist vehicles) or UberPEDAL (vehicles with bike racks).
This year, Uber is giving fans an opportunity to give back to Fields For All, a charity that provides local youth with organized outlets for play. With every ride you take to or from Timbers home games, Uber will donate $1 to help build a field in an underserved area of Portland.
Vuvuzela horns are prohibited at Providence Park.
Soccer games are subject to cancellation due to inclement weather. Games will be delayed in the event of lightning in the area. Soccer matches are only cancelled due to rain if the playing surface is deemed unplayable by the officials.
Will Call tickets are available beginning two hours prior to events. Tickets are released only to the person whose name appears on the will call envelope. No one will be given tickets designated for another person. Proper photo identification is required, preferably a driver's license, and purchasing credit card, if applicable.
