Fans who purchased a new kit before February 29 from PTFC Authentics can return their kit for a refund from now up until Mar. 31, 2024. You can return it in person or mail it postage paid to 1844 SW Morrison Street, Portland, OR 97205. Fans returning kits should come with or include a receipt or other proof of purchase. Refunds will be made to the original form of purchase.
Refunds can be made at the team store now. We are working with external vendors to explore our options if you purchased a kit from someone other than us. If you have further questions or would like to call ahead of your visit, please contact the PTFC Authentics staff at 503.553.5519.
