By The Numbers | A historic goal, a player in form and a big crowd all in Timbers win

Jeremy Ebobisse’s goal in the 84th minute was the Portland Timbers’ 300th goal scored by the club in MLS play at Providence Park.

Along with it being the 300th goal scored at Providence Park in MLS play, Ebobisse’s goal was also his second in as many games and third in his past four. Moreover, he had 100 percent pass completion rate (16 passes).

In the first match at Providence Park to allow for full capacity since the pandemic, the Portland Timbers welcomed a crowd of 23,255 people – the largest crowd to attend a sporting event in Oregon since the Timbers played Nashville SC on March 8, 2020. The game also ended a sellout streak of 163 games.
