With the draw, the Timbers are unbeaten in their last two league games (1-0-1). The Galaxy enters Sunday’s game after a 0-0 draw against Seattle Sounders FC on July 29, continuing a six-game winless streak, dating back to June 24. Playing a second consecutive away match, the Portland Timbers battled the Houston Dynamo to a 2-2 draw before 19,382 fans at BBVA Compass Stadium on July 29.
