July 28, 2021 | Bravo starts in 1-1 draw with Spain as Argentina's Olympic play ends

Needing a win to move up in Group C and advance to the quarterfinals, Argentina drew 1-1 with Spain Tuesday morning in Japan. Timbers midfielder Claudio Bravo started and played 83 minutes in the match.

July 25, 2021 | Bravo debuts and plays the full 90

Though Bravo did not make an appearance the team's opening match ā€“ a 2-0 loss to Australia on July 22 ā€“ he did get the start and play the full 90 minutes in the team's bounce-back 1-0 win over Egypt on July 25. The win puts them in third place, behind Australia on goal difference, as they head into their final Group C match on July 28 against Spain.
