PHOTOS | Stand Together Week kicks off at Bradley Angle, Open School and Portland Homeless Family Solutions

Portland Timbers and Thorns FC players and staff joined volunteers for the start of the 2022 Stand Together Week with projects occurring across Portland.

For the first day, Timbers Dairon Asprilla and Dario Zuparic joined Thorns Gabby Provenzano and Hannah Betfort along with volunteers from Providence Health & Services to clean up a vegetable garden at Bradley Angle.

Meanwhile, Thorns Morgan Weaver and Marissa Everett teamed up with Timbers Felipe Mora and Diego Gutierrez to do some painting and prep work at Open School, Inc. in southeast Portland.

Closing out the day, a host of players including Zac McGraw, Eryk Williamson, Madison Pogarch, Hina Sugita and Thorns assistant coach Sophie Clough tackled some gardening, library clean up and other tasks alongside volunteers from NW Natural at Portland Family Housing Solution's Family Village.
