It's World Hydration Day! As the days start to heat up, itā€™s important to keep your body hydrated. If youā€™re exercising for less than 60 minutes, drinking water is just fine. But if youā€™re physically active for more than an hour, a sports drink or water with some food for fuel will help keep you going.
