With 15 venues nominated across the league, Providence Park is by far the most historical ground still in use today, hosting 25,000-plus raucous guests every matchday. Led by the fervent Timbers Army in the north end of the stadium, the entire park can be heard chanting, singing, gasping, and celebrating in unison throughout the entire 90 minutes. Mix in ellaborate TIFO displays, club recognitions, or simply a Timbers goal and the energy can be felt radiating across the Goose Hollow neighborhood.

Opening in 1926 as Multonmah Stadium, the stdium has hosted the Portland community for various civic, entertainment and sporting events for nearly 100 years. In 1975, the stadium welcomed it's longest-tenured tenant: the Timbers.
