The Portland Timbers' five-game, season-opening road stretch came to end Sunday with a 3-2 loss to Orlando City. Here are three key #StatMan takeaways from the match.

60With his penalty-kick goal, midfielder Diego Valeri became the 39th player in MLS history to score 60 or more goals in MLS play. The Timbers all-time leading scorer is also one of nine players currently in MLS to hit the 60-goal plateau.

1Defender Bill Tuiloma scored the first goal of his MLS career after heading home a corner kick in the 59th minute. The New Zealander made his third start for Portland in the match.

2Sebastián Blanco drew fouls that set up both goals for Portland in the match. He earned the penalty kick prior to Valeri's goal and the free kick that resulted in Tuiloma's goal.
