"It" was never really any doubt.
The "It" in this case being the Pennywise-themed massive tifo display the Timbers Army put forth on Aug. 26, 2018 ahead of the Portland Timbers match with Seattle Sounders FC.
Come Tuesday, the tifo was named the 2018 MLS Tifo of the Year by the staff of MLSsoccer.com's ExtraTime Radio show beating out other displays from supporters from Atlanta United FC, Columbus Crew SC, and the New York Red Bulls.
