PORTLAND, Ore. – The Portland Timbers announced today that defender Brandon Bye underwent a successful anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstructive surgery on his left knee. The procedure was performed by Dr. Adam Heisinger with Sports Medicine Oregon.
Bye will miss the remainder of the season and his timeline for return is approximately ten months. He will conduct his rehabilitation with the Timbers’ health and performance team and Providence sports medicine.
