PORTLAND, Ore. – Portland Timbers forward Dairon Asprilla was named to the MLS Team of the Week for Week 33, the league announced today. Asprilla scored his 10th goal of the season in Wednesday’s 2-0 victory over San Jose Earthquakes at Providence Park.

Asprilla’s goal came in the 55th minute when he recovered a loose ball in the box, turning his back to the goal just outside of the box, juggling it up to himself and biking it into the net.
