PORTLAND, Ore.
- Seven Timbers players and several members of the PGE Park front office visited Doernbecher Children’s Hospital in Southwest Portland on Tuesday afternoon.
Byron Alvarez, Memo Arzate, Erik Cronkrite, Andrew Gregor, Edwin Miranda, Jarrod Weis and Brian Winters visited with patients, signed autographs, handed out special gifts and played soccer with kids in the courtyard.
The first full-service children's hospital in the Pacific Northwest, Doernbecher offers "the most comprehensive program with full-spectrum pediatric care for hospitalized children."
