The Portland Timbers Reserves play host to the San Jose Earthquakes Reserves tonight at JELD-WEN Field in an MLS Reserve League West Division matchup at 7 p.m. (Pacific).
Tickets for tonight’s match are $10 and are available for purchase at the JELD-WEN Field box office or online.

Entering their fourth match of the MLS Reserve League season, the Timbers Reserves sit in second place in the West Division with a record of 2-0-1 (6pts). The Earthquakes Reserves (0-1-0, 0pts) have played just one match this season, a 1-0 loss to the Real Salt Lake Reserves in the MLS Reserve League opener March 4.
The Timbers Reserves are coming off of a 2-1 win over USL-PRO side VSI Tampa Bay FC in their home opener April 7 at JELD-WEN Field. Midfielder Michael Nanchoff found the back of the net for the Timbers Reserves in the 53rd minute for his first goal of the campaign and to give his team a 1-0 lead. Nanchoff then assisted on the game-winning goal by forward Jose Valencia in the 81st minute. It was Valencia’s second game-winner in three matches. He also provided the decisive goal in a 1-0 win over the Seattle Sounders FC Reserves on March 17.
