Timbers Single-Game Tickets

PORTLAND, Ore. — The Portland Timbers announced today that single-game tickets for the club’s 2012 Major League Soccer season will go on sale Tuesday, Feb. 28, as part of an exclusive on-sale event at JELD-WEN Field.

Single-game tickets for each regular-season home match, starting at $15, will be available for purchase on Feb. 28 exclusively at the JELD-WEN Field box office, located on the KeyBank Plaza at the corner of SW 18th Ave and SW Morrison, from 5-10 p.m. During the on-sale event, fans can purchase up to four tickets per game and will be allowed to purchase tickets for up to two games per transaction.

At the event, Papa Murphy’s and Stumptown Coffee Roasters will provide free pizza and coffee samples for fans. JELD-WEN Windows & Doors will distribute JELD-WEN/The Home Depot gift cards to the first and final 100 fans that purchase single-game tickets on Feb. 28. Additionally, the JELD-WEN Showroom at the stadium will be open and fans are invited to stop by during their visit to JELD-WEN Field.

Starting Wednesday, Feb. 29, at 10 a.m., individual-game tickets will go on sale through Ticketmaster and fans will be able to purchase tickets through the stadium box office, local Ticketmaster locations, online at www.ticketmaster.com or by phone at (800) 745-3000.

Season ticket holders and fans on the Season Ticket Waiting List will have the opportunity to purchase single-game tickets during an exclusive pre-sale period starting Thursday, Feb. 23, at 10 a.m.

The Timbers open their second MLS campaign against the Philadelphia Union on Monday, March 12, at JELD-WEN Field on ESPN2 as part of MLS First Kick. The Timbers have sold out 17 consecutive regular-season matches at JELD-WEN Field, reaching capacity for every league game during their inaugural MLS season in 2011. The club will play 17 regular-season home matches, as well as international exhibitions at JELD-WEN Field in 2012.

Group ticket opportunities for the 2012 Timbers season in a number of seating areas throughout JELD-WEN Field are currently available by contacting a Timbers ticket representative at (503) 553-5555 or ticketsales@portlandtimbers.com. Season tickets for the 2012 season are sold out. Fans can join the Timbers Season Ticket Waiting List by contacting a Timbers ticket representative at (503) 553-5555 and making a $50 per-seat refundable deposit. Those on the waiting list have first priority to purchase season tickets or other ticket packages when they become available and have access to special pre-sale opportunities among other benefits.
