The Timbers summer soccer camps are in full swing. Dozens of kids have taken advantage of the professional instruction provided by Timbers players and coaches. Sign up today for one of the four remaining camps in the greater-Portland area.
The Timbers’ summer soccer camps, presented by Nike, are open to kids ages 8-14 and designed to improve skills and help generate a better understanding of the game in a fun and educational environment.
There are four total camps remaining on the Timbers 2008 summer camp schedule, including a high school prep camp for older players ages 13-18 and two camps with a goalkeeping focus. The high school prep camp will take place at PGE Park and is geared to help players prepare for the high school season this fall.
The two remaining camps with a goalkeeping focus also include the same field instruction as the other camps, but will allow those who play or would like to play goalkeeper the opportunity to learn and develop those skills as well.
