Portland has scored in 21 of its 25 matches this season. Only Austin FC (22) has scored goals in more matches than the Timbers in the 2022 MLS campaign.
As a second half substitute on Aug. 6 against FC Dallas, Marvin Loría led the Timbers in shots (5) and shots on goal (3), going on to tallying the game-tying goal. Loría is just the third player to record five or more shots in a match this year for Portland (Loría, Blanco, Fogaça).
Sebastián Blanco appeared in his 150th career MLS regular season match on Aug. 6 against Dallas. He became the fifth player in club history to feature in at least 150 career matches for Portland (Diego Chara, Diego Valeri, Darlington Nagbe, Jack Jewsbury).
