Visser enters his first professional season with the Timbers in 2009. At DePaul University, Visser was a two-time All-Big East selection and was named the conference’s goalkeeper of the year in 2007. He set several goalkeeping records during his time with the Blue Demons, including games played (75) and career shutouts (28).
Kwesele was the first-ever player added to the Timbers U-23s – the Timbers new development team who competes in the Premier Development League. A Seattle, Wash., native, Kwesele has captained a Timbers U-23s squad battling for a postseason berth in its inaugural season. He completed his collegiate career at Seattle University in 2008.
