TUCSON, Ariz. - Behind a second half brace from forward Jack McInerney, the Portland Timbers came from behind to beat Seattle Sounders FC in preseason play at the Kino Sports Complex in Tucson.
McInerney, who came on at the half, scored in the 66th minute on a nice cross from defender Andy Thoma. He put in the game-winner in the 85th minute after Taylor Peay put in some nifty moves on the right side before slotting a ball to the middle.
