Jeanderson, 23, joins the Timbers for the 2015 season after spending several years playing in his native Brazil.

2015: Made his first career MLS start on July 11, playing 90 minutes in a 3-0 loss at Philadelphia ... Was a late-game sub on April 19 at New York City FC ... Made his Timbers MLS debut on March 21 at Sporting KC, coming on as a late-game substitute in a scoreless draw ... Has appeared in 15 matches (14 starts) on loan with T2 this season, scoring one goal and earning a USL Team of the Week mention for Week 13. 

2014: Appeared in 15 matches for Cruzeiro de Porto Alegre in the 2014 Campeonato Gaúcho from January to March 2014, helping the club reach the competition’s quarterfinals ... Made four appearances for Brazilian side Santa Rita in the 2014 Copa do Brasil, as the team reached the tournament’s Round of 16 ... Started both legs of the third round as Santa Rita earned a 4-3 aggregate win over Santa Cruz to reach the Round of 16 ... Squaring off against eventual runners-up Cruzeiro (Minas Gerais) in the Round of 16, earned two more starting nods, but Santa Rita was eliminated 7-1 on aggregate.
