ACQUIRED: On December 10, 2018 via loan from Costa Rican side Deportivo Saprissa. On April 6, 2022 Marvin Loría signed a contract extension through 2024 with a club option in 2025.

Started, logging a goal and an assist against Tulsa Roughnecks FC 4-0 on Sept. 9... Started, tallying an assist at LA Galaxy II on July 28... Started, tallying a goal and an assist against Swope Park Rangers on July 14 and earning USL Team of the Week honors for Week 18... CAREER: Signed with T2 on loan from Costa Rican Primera División side Deportivo Saprissa (2013-15, 2016-18)... Appeared in 10 matches (6 starts) and registered one assist... Made his professional debut with Saprissa as a 16-year-old, starting alongside former Timbers midfielder David Guzmán in a 1-1 draw against C.S. Cartagines on Nov. 24, 2013... Was part of the Saprissa side that won the 2016-17 Invierno, 2014-15 Torneo de Invierno, the 2013-14 Torneo de Verano and the 2013 Copa Costa Rica... Joined Portuguese club Benfica B on loan from Saprissa in August 2015, where he made one appearance, coming on as a substitute in a 2-0 win over Galatasaray S.K. in the UEFA Youth League on Nov. 3, 2015.

HONORS: MLS is Back Tournament winner in 2020.

INTERNATIONAL: Earned his first cap for the Costa Rican Men’s National Team, starting and playing 77 minutes in a 3-0 loss to the USMNT at Avaya Stadium on Feb. 2, 2019... Has made several appearances for Costa Rica at the youth level, including making three appearances (1 start) at the 2017 Concacaf U-20 Championship in Costa Rica.
