PORTLAND, Ore.
- The Portland Timbers today announced that full- and partial-season ticket packages for the 2005 A-League soccer season are now available for purchase to the general public.
Timbers ticket packages start as low as $77.00 and are available by phoning the team’s ticket office at (503) 553-5555.
The Timbers are once again offering a wide range of affordable and convenient ticket packages, including the return of the popular “107 for $107” general admission plan, a new seven-game half-season package, convenient Flex Plans and a choice of full-season plans that begin at $126.00 and include all 14 regular-season matches at PGE Park.
For 2005, the team has unveiled a new seating and pricing structure that more accurately identifies four different “zones” of seating categories at PGE Park. Level 1 includes the premier seating sections located in the lower bowl at midfield (sections 118-119), Level 2 includes lower bowl sections 116-117 and 120-121 along the west sideline, Level 3 includes upper bowl sections 215-223 as well as two corner areas of the lower bowl, while Level 4 includes the upper and lower bowl general admission sections located behind the north goal.
The Timbers, who tallied the best record among the 16 A-League teams in 2004, will begin defense of their Western Conference regular-season title in late April or early May, with exact dates and times of the 2005 schedule coming later in the off-season. Information on promotions and special events on tap for the upcoming season also will be released at a later date.
