An end-of-season interview with Timbers forward Matt Taylor who shares his memorable experiences as a member of the Timbers and what it's like to play in front of the atmosphere at PGE Park in Video News.
Taylor joined the Timbers on July 25 from Major League Soccer's Chivas USA. In his debut against Atlanta, Taylor took a team-high five shots. In his next appearance against Preston North End, Taylor recorded both goals in a 2-0 win over the English side in an international exhibition match at PGE Park on July 28.
In total, Taylor played 801 minutes in 11 appearances and recorded one goal and one assist against the Minnesota Thunder on August 16 to earn USL First Division Team of the Week honors for Week 18. Taylor also played in all four Timbers playoff matches, logging 63 minutes.
