Fox 12's morning show Good Day Oregon joined the Portland Timbers Wednesday morning for training at PGE Park in preparation for their exhibition match against Major League Soccer's Toronto FC this weekend.
Good Day Oregon's out-and-about reporter Joe Vithayathil hung out at PGE Park from 5-9 a.m. and talked with players, head coach Gavin Wilkinson and team icon Timber Jim about the upcoming exhibition match against Toronto and participated in various activities and drills.
Among his activities, Joe rappelled from the rafters of PGE Park with Timber Jim and teammed up with defender Cameron Knowles for a two vs. two drill during the Timbers training session.
