Video News: 2007 highlights with Kiki Lara

In an end-of-season interview, midfielder Kiki Lara shares his highlights from his first season in Portland and how he plans to explore the Northwest this offseason in Video News.




Lara, a four-year professional, played in 19 matches for the Timbers last season. He set up one of the Timbers' two goals in a 2-0 win over the Bakersfield Brigade in the first round of the U.S. Open Cup. Recognized for his philanthropic efforts off the field, Lara received the Timbers' 2007 Community Player of the Year award.




Signing a new two-year deal, Lara joins several others from the successful 2007 campaign returning for the 2008 season.
