In an end-of-season interview, midfielder Lawrence Olum shares his thoughts on his rookie season and pin points some of his favorite moments of the Timbers' 2007 season in Video News.
Olum appeared in 20 games and recorded three goals and an assist in 956 minutes last season. He also tallied a strike in the Timbers' 2-0 win over the PDL's Bakersfield Brigade in the first round of the U.S. Open Cup. In Week 16, Olum was named to the USL First Division Team of the Week for his goal at Minnesota on Aug. 4.
Olum is one of the several players already under contract for the 2008 season; others include midfielder Andrew Gregor, forward Chris Bagley and defender Cameron Knowles.
