Fans will have the opportunity to take photos with the chainsaw-wielding, song-chanting, log-cutting, mascot Timber Joey and collect a limited edition Portland MLS 2011 patch. He will be stationed somewhere in Portland from 12-1 p.m. on Saturday.
So where is Joey going to be, you ask? Clues regarding his whereabouts will trickle out on the Timbers' Facebook page. Then, late Friday, Joey's specific location will be revealed.
A photographer will be on site, taking photos of Timber Joey with the best fans in Soccer City USA. All photos will be available on Facebook. To receive your patch, like the one above, you must be wearing Timbers gear.
