2014 Stand Together Week Day One: Soccer, Shovels and Love

PORTLAND, Ore. - One of our favorite weeks of the season - Stand Together Week. The Timbers and Thorns FC take great pride in the work we do in our community and a great example of the impact that volunteerism can have is put on display during this special week. Today, staff members, Thorns FC players, Timber Joey and club partners contributed to seven projects across Portland on Day 1 of Stand Together Week 2014. And new this year, our first Stand Together Week project took place in Bend, Ore.

Here are posts, pics and videos from the various Stand Together Week (#STWeek) projects on June 16. Follow the conversation all week long through hashtag #STWeek.
