Cascadia Cup Standings Update | May 2, 2015

Cascadia Cup, Nando

The Portland Timbers will look to move up the Cascadia Cup standings against rivals Vancouver Whitecaps FC on Saturday at Providence Park (7:30 PT, ROOT Sports). After last weekend's 1-0 loss to Seattle Sounders FC, the Timbers currently sit behind both the Sounders and the Whitecaps in the 2015 Cascadia Cup standings.

Saturday's match will mark the Timbers' third Cascadia Cup match this season and their first at home. In their previous meeting with the Whitecaps, the Timbers lost a close contest 2-1.

Seven matches still remain in this year's Cascadia Cup schedule, but a result on Saturday will help the Timbers keep pace with their northern rivals.
