Timbers on Campus: Week of Oct. 4, 2015

Foster Langsdorf, Stanford, 9.9.15

Portland Timbers Academy players continue to rise with their respective nationally ranked teams as Academy alumni are playing for six different NCAA teams who are ranked in the Top 25 teams in the 2015 college men’s soccer regular season.


This week, sophomore forward Foster Langsdorf tallied a goal to lead the No. 3-ranked Stanford Cardinal in a 2-1 win over California. Fellow sophomore Ben White also had an impressive showing for Gonzaga, registering a goal and an assist in the Zags' 2-0 win over Bradley University.


Throughout the season, we will keep fans updated on Timbers Academy alumni who are competing at the collegiate level.
