The Portland Timbers powered their way into the Audi 2015 MLS Cup Playoffs with a 4-1 victory over the Colorado Rapids Sunday at a rain-drenched Providence Park. Here are three #StatMan takeways from the match.

2 Darlington Nagbe's first-half brace gave him his first multi-goal game since March 31, 2012. Along with an assist, Nagbe now has three goals in his last two matches.

9 Portland finished the MLS regular season by scoring nine combined goals in its last two matches good for a club high in the MLS era. The Timbers will head into the playoffs having scored nine times in its last 115 minutes of action.

16 Fanendo Adi finished the 2015 regular season with 16 goals, which is five more than any other Timbers player in the club's five seasons in MLS. The Nigerian forward is the first Timber to score 16 or more goals since Byron Alvarez and Alan Gordon both achieved the feat in 2004.

15 With the victory, the Timbers set a new club record for most victories in a season since their inaugural 2011 MLS campaign, one more than the 2013 Timbers that topped the Western Conference.
