Quick Strikes by Simple | Vancouver Whitecaps FC vs. Portland Timbers | Nov. 8, 2015

After a scoreless draw at Providence Park, the Audi 2015 MLS Cup Playoffs Western Conference Semifinals matchup between the Portland Timbers and Vancouver Whitecaps FC moves to British Columbia for the decisive match on Sunday (7 pm PT, FOX Sports 1). Here are five numbers to know for #VANvPOR in a special playoff edition of Quick Strikes by Simple.

3 The Portland Timbers have won three of their six MLS matches at Vancouver's BC Place home since both clubs joined MLS prior to the 2011 season. Portland is the only team in MLS that has won three or more league matches against Vancouver at BC Place with an overall regular-season record of 3-1-2.

25 Defender Nat Borchers has played in 25 MLS postseason matches since joining the league in 2003 with the Colorado Rapids. The centerback has appeared in the playoffs in each of the last eight seasons.

103 With Borchers leading the way, players on the Timbers roster have played a combined 103 MLS playoff matches. By comparison, Vancouver's roster has a combined 38 games played in postseason play in MLS.

2.67 Portland finished its road slate in impressive fashion this season, winning its last three matches away from home. The Timbers averaged 2.67 goals per contest in those matches, outscoring opponents by an eight-to-three margin.

33 Midfielder Darlington Nagbe has had continued success when playing against Portland's Cascadia rival in Canada. In regular season play, Nagbe has 33 successful dribbles against the Whitecaps (the most for Nagbe against any MLS team) to go along with three assists (second-most for Nagbe against a single MLS team).
