The sun remained bright and strong Friday as the Portland Timbers trained at the Kino Sports Complex in Tucson, Ariz. Host team FC Tucson arranged for some fans to attend and watch the session with a few lucky one's also getting some autographs.
The Timbers play Seattle Sounders FC Saturday in a preseason match at Kino. Kickoff is 6pm PT and will be streamed at Timbers.com.
Native American Heritage Night is set for Nov. 1! This special cultural evening's scarf is designed by Travis Stewart, a contemporary Northwest artist of Chinook, Rogue River and Kalapuya descent. The design includes a pattern of chinookan paddle blades that are unique to the people of the region with the upward paddle signifying welcoming and good intentions while the downward position means business.
Join us for the final home match of the regular season and celebrate this vibrant tradition with each ticket purchased through this offer including an exclusive Timbers-branded Dia de los Muertos t-shirt.
