#Statman Three | Adi sets club record for multi-goal games

Fanendo Adi scored two late goals as the Portland Timbers drew with Real Salt Lake, 2-2, Saturday night at Providence Park. Here are three #Statman takeaways from the match.

10For the 10th time since joining the Timbers, Adi scored two goals in a match. He now has more multi-goal matches for Portland than any other player across all eras in team history (since 1975), surpassing McKinley Tennyson, who had nine.

62Entering the match against Real Salt Lake, Portland ranked among league leaders in shots and chances created. The Timbers attempted a season-high 26 shots against RSL, bringing the club's shot totals in 2016 to 62 through three matches - an average of 20.6 shots per match to start the campaign.
