Diego Valeri #3, Timbers vs. Crew, 3.6.16

For the first time this season, the Portland Timbers will take on an opponent in the middle of the week as they play host to FC Dallas Wednesday night (7:30pm PT, ROOT SPORTS). Here are five numbers to know for #PORvDAL.

6 The Timbers are undefeated in its six home matches all-time against FC Dallas. Portland is 4-0-2 in the matchups between the two clubs at Providence Park including the 3-1 victory in the first leg of last year's Western Conference Finals.

8 Since arriving in MLS less than two years ago, Fanendo Adi has become one of the most lethal scorers in the league. Adi is one of three current MLS players, along with SJ's Chris Wondolowski and Seattle's Clint Dempsey, to have scored at least eight goals with both his right and left feet since the beginning of the 2014 season.

7Chris Klute made his club and season debut in Portland’s 1-1 draw against the Galaxy on Sunday. The 26 year-old defender made seven clearances in the match, which is tied for the third-most in his 72-match career.

19 In his sixth season with Portland, Diego Chara continues to be a stalwart in the middle of the field. Chara has won 19 tackles this season, which is the most of any MLS player. Three players have won 18 tackles this year including Wednesday opponent, Carlos Gruezo of FC Dallas.
