Midfielder Omar Mohamed slipped in Bijev behind the Tulsa defense, and his right-footed shot from a tight angle just outside the six-yard box found the back of the net. Bijev leads Portland with three goals this season, while forward Augustine Williams and midfielder Victor Arboleda have two tallies apiece.

Whitecaps FC 2 (3-5-2, 11pts) enter Sunday’s contest after falling 2-1 at home to Real Monarchs SLC at McLeod Athletic Park on May 28. 18-year-old forward Terran Campbell scored his first professional goal in the loss for WFC2. Four players are tied for the team lead with two goals, while four players have each scored one goal. Goalkeeper Spencer Richey has two shutouts and 21 saves in six appearances for Whitecaps FC 2 this season.
