#StatMan Three | Portland's Fanendo Adi hits half-century mark in goals

In a Sunday evening match at Providence Park, the Portland Timbers drew Seattle Sounders FC 2-2. Here are three #StatMan takeaways from the match. 


3 With his pinpoint corner kick to Dairon Asprilla just before the halftime whistle, Portland midfielder David Guzmán delivered his third assist directly from a set piece this season. The three set-piece assists ties him for most in MLS in that category this season.


50 Forward Fanendo Adi became the first Timbers player across all eras to hit the 50-goal plateau with the club. Adi also has the team lead for most goals scored against the Sounders with eight.  


2 The Timbers have scored multiple goals in six consecutive home matches against Sounders FC. In those six matches, Portland has scored 19 goals.

200Portland midfielder Darlington Nagbe played in his 200th career match for the club–a first for a Timbers player across all eras.
