The Portland Timbers routed the Houston Dynamo 4-0 Saturday evening at Providence Park. Here is your #StatMan Three from the match.

4 With his goal, forward Brian Fernandez tied an MLS record by scoring in his fourth consecutive league appearance to begin his career in the league. Only three other players in league history have achieved the feat: Alex Pineda Chacon (2001), Carlos Ruiz (2002) and Charlie Davies (2011).

1 Midfielder Marvin Loría earned his first-ever MLS appearance and start in the victory and also scored his first MLS goal in the match. He is the sixth player to score in his MLS debut while playing for the Timbers, joining current Timbers Brian Fernandez and Diego Valeri on the list.

10Portland took 24 shots Saturday night with 10 of those on goal. The 10 shots on goal marked a 2019 season high. The Portland defense also held Houston to only one shot on target.
