2020 NWSL College Draft will be streamed live on Facebook and Youtube

2019 NWSL College Draft, 1.13.20

The National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) today announced the league will live stream the 2020 NWSL College Draft via Facebook and YouTube on Thursday, Jan. 16, from the United Soccer Coaches Convention in Baltimore. The draft will begin at 8am PT.


Fans can watch the draft live by visiting: Facebook.com/NWSL, YouTube.com/NWSL and NWSLsoccer.com.


Portland Thorns FC, fresh from their blockbuster trade last week, currently hold the No. 1 overall pick in the draft as well as two picks in the second round (No. 15 and 16 overall) as well as a selection in each the third (No. 25 overall) and fourth round (No. 34 overall).



Host Marisa Pilla, analyst Lori Lindsey, analyst Jen Cooper, and reporter Jordan Angeli will call the College Draft live from the Baltimore Convention Center, providing fans will the latest news, information, and insight on each selection. They will also be joined on the live stream by the draft picks, NWSL head coaches, and general managers as well as several special guests. The draft will be held in the Ballroom – Level 400 at the Baltimore Convention Center and will be open to the public and media.
