For the second time in 2020, the Portland Timbers will take on the Los Angeles Galaxy when the teams face off Wednesday at Providence Park (7:30pm PT, FOX 12 PLUS (KPDX)). Here are five numbers to know for #PORvLA in the latest Quick Strikes.


59 On Saturday, Felipe Mora scored his first goal as a member of the Timbers. The Chilean forward is the 59th different player to score in an MLS match for Portland.


3 In Portland's seven regular season matches this season, the club has scored three goals in the first 15 minutes of a match, which is tied for most in MLS. In the entire 2019 season, the Timbers only scored in the first 15 minutes of a match on two occasions.


12 The Timbers have scored in 12 consecutive matches against the Galaxy in all competitions. That is tied for the most consecutive matches with a goal against a single club with the club's current streak against Real Salt Lake.


23 Since his MLS debut at the beginning of the 2013 season, Diego Valeri now has 83 regular-season assists. That is 23 more than any other MLS player in that time span, with Sacha Kljestan having 60 assists since 2013.


60 With a goal and assist in his last match, Sebastián Blanco now has a combined 60 goals and assists in MLS regular season play for the Timbers. Blanco is the sixth player in all eras of the club to hit 60 combined goals and assists, joining Valeri and Fanendo Adi in MLS and John Bain, Clyde Best, and Willie Anderson in the NASL.
